Canadian order to delivery wait times

That is odd, that's not what we were told. Maybe it is different for Fleet?

Order banks are still open for both engines in Canada - our allocation currently exceeds demand for the ecoboost, but the hybrid of course is still constrained.

5 months for delivery of a normally-equipped eco sounds about right. The VIN is issued when your order is first scheduled to a week, which normally happens a month or so prior to the build (Ford has been doing this further in advance recently, allocating entire months at a time). Next, they issue the window sticker about a week before production, just after the scheduled week is refined to a specific day. Figure a week in production, and then delivery to the GTA is currently taking about a month.

If current conditions persist, you can work backwards from a late June delivery.

I am glad you will be getting your truck soon . Reading through your time line has given me real hope . I received notice of Vin on February 10 . So hopefully I will not be far behind you .

Just an update . Ordered December 2021 . Given a Vin conformation on February 10 2023 .Scheduled for production April 10 2023 . Scheduled for delivery May 15 2023 . Now the funny part , I went to another dealer last Friday and ordered a Maverick XLT Tremor . I had been given little information on my original order . Day after ordering the Tremor my original salesman calls with all the information he had not given me . Vin number date of manufacture and delivery . Looks like I put the ball in there court . Good luck to all .

We don't get updates from Ford. You need to hound your dealer to let you know when a VIN has been issued (at the time it's scheduled to a build week) so you can track the build process yourself.

Checked with dealer on 03/13/23 as to where the truck was. Their tracking showed is sat in Arizona for 2 weeks and that on 03/13 it was on the way to Kansas City. It showed up the next day 03/14 at the dealer
