It's hit and miss sometimes with chat. Some of the cust. reps. don't know how to use the system and just tell you to ask your dealer.

Dang, on that note I am screwed for a while. Haha. Mine was a new 23, but supposedly I was informed I was one of the first 23MY orders placed from Ewald when the order banks opened, but its Ford Corp and all the magical ways they operate. haha. But its good to know I see someone on here from the same dealership get a vehicle picked. Makes me feel a little better about the dealership
