No truck yet. But we have a jayco 10sd popup. 1800lbs last scale weight. Removed water tanks and stuff we didn't use to lighten it up.

I'm in aviation finishing too. The only thing I think of when I see this. Improper cleaning/ fod intrusion. I'd get fixed under warranty, no paint should fail that early without a manufacturing error.
