I had preordered the Mav in Sept of 21. I was diagnosed in Dec of 21. I wanted to cancel the order but my wife wouldn’t let me. She wanted me to maintain something to look forward to. It was delivered in June while I was hospitalized. Took me a week after I was discharged to finally get up enough strength to drive it for the first time. I’m so glad she wouldn’t let me cancel! My wifes struggle in cancer treatment is what made me decide to buy a modern car for her, first i thought bronco, but the maverick is bigger and ive been the maverickman since 2009.
I didn't hear the Maverick engine running. With it running, the input voltage to the inverter would be alternator voltage rather than battery voltage. Probably 0.5 to 1.0 volt higher. Might have given the inverter a little more power.
OK, some things will run for a time period after you turn off the engine. Since I don't have my Mav yet I was not sure about the inverter. It was. I don’t think our AC plugs work in the bed without the engine running.
