Great Vehicle. Thank you Ford!
+++++
Now I have 2000 miles on it and these are just some of the opportunities I had in using the bed. It is so easy to load things in it from the sides that the other day I had to stop myself from placing there some takeout food I picked up.
Fuel economy: mid 40s MPG is very easy to achieve on this XLT hybrid.
Simple & intuitive infotainment system: The right balance of physical buttons and LCD controls. I have an other modern vehicle with much larger LCD and it is just too complicated to use and not as safe to control while driving.
Drives like an compact SUV: wife likes it and accepted to drive it, toddler happy in the rear seat; nimble yet solid vehicle for smooth and uneventful drives.
+++++
less desired findings
The seat cushion is a bit too short for me and cuts into my leg after a while. I am 6’2” I wish the cushion was 1” longer.
The quality of the audio in the basic stereo is not great. I am not an audiophile but I can tell that pretty much everything else I had before was better. This with the keyless entry /start button in retrospective would have me picking a lariat instead.
the storage solutions in the door pockets is at the end just “cool” to look at. I tend not to use it because I do not trust it ; it is too shallow and I feel things will get lost opening /closing the doors.
