Just placed an order for the Maverick Door Sill protectors on the OEM Ford Parts Outlet website. They told me to just add a note so that they will use my Fordpass points instead of charging my Visa card.

I leave a message for them. and I got reply:
"

Dear Yakefu,

Thank you for contacting Ford Motor Company. We can understand the need to redeem your Ford Pass Rewards Points, but at this time, Ford Pass Rewards cannot be redeemed or accumulated on FordParts.com nor FordAccessories.com. Ford Pass Rewards can only be redeemed or accumulated through participating Ford dealerships. We are aware a release by Ford has been sent out, indicating Ford rewards can now be used online. At this time we have only been informed that it is delayed until further notice.We apologize for any inconvenience caused If you have any further questions, The Ford Pass app does have live chat agents who are happy to assist with any questions.

Announced by Ford to dealers:

Effective January 30, 2023, members will be able to redeem Points online at accessories.ford.com and accessories.lincoln.com, providing another avenue for Points redemption and increased accessory sales.

I just tried (Feb 3rd, 2023) and the site https://accessories.ford.com was not allowing this to be used on any parts that I could find. I called Ford @ 844-589-0060 and they said the rollout had been delayed until next week ( on or after Feb 6th). I'll update if I can purchase anything next week.....
