Given it is a shopping site, there might not be the urgency to update it overnight. It's still just 8:00 in the morning in Detroit. The dude who hits "publish" may be stuck in traffic...

I live not far from Fords Headquarters. One of my co-workers is always late. He was on time today so I am not sure about traffic haha.

FWIW, our website for the entire state of Alabama is hosted in Orlando and is serviced by people living all over the country. So, there is no telling where the person actually lives or what Ford's UI publishing schedule looks like. They could publish it at 10:00PM tonight and it still technically goes live on January 30. That isn't how we call it, but we aren't Ford.
