Anyone who placed an order in 2021 still waiting for their Maverick?

10/14/2021... The tracker shows that the modules started clicking on today. It might actually be happening.

And now it's built . And based on other people's experiences... Only 1 more month waiting for it to ship, 1 more month for it to be completely lost and no one having a clue were it is, 2 more months stuck in some shipping yard 45 minutes away from my dealership waiting for a transport, and then another week for it to arrive.

Was unscheduled clean for a whole year then Ford said they did not have my roll over listed and to contact the dealer.
The dealer changed my order D443 to an E443.
I am now unscheduled clean again.
Past frustrated.
Think I just got screwed by Ford/Dealer incompetence.

Ordered 1st Eco lariut lux 4k 11/4/21 Have heard nothing except it's still in the system waiting to be scheduled!!! Ordered 2nd (Not willingly by dealer) another exact duplicate 9/16/22, Scheduled build 12/19 built 1/5/23 email this morning est delivery 2/6-12 to Central PA.

We "cancelled" our Oct2021 order when I came back from Kuwait (June 2022) and it still wasn't built. Bought a used Civic, then a couple months later got an email "congratulations, your Maverick is scheduled for production".

The dealer won't cancel anything- they'll just sell it to someone else. So I would recommend just sitting tight and once it's finally built see what you want to do then!

10/1/21-January build date has changed repeatedly. "It's on our to do list" is not what I'd call scheduled. Forgive the unfounded impatience after only 462 days, but I'm tired of all this best guess BS.

ordered oct 2021 ,no maverick they reordered sept 15/22 ,no maverick, customer service I called 3 times and talked to dealer 4 times, they have NO CLUE??and this is a BIG dealer they have a # of stores in florida. Ford seems to care less when you talk to them, and now the dealer could care less too, I ask about if we cancel do we get the dep $ back, they could not answer faster "yes" as you know we will sell it as soon as it comes in ( if it ever will) so we wait on month 15!

You have to get in their face a bit more. I talk to my dealer 2 or 3 times a month, for the last year. Read up on it . Yeah, a pain but gotta work for it. The old daye of just trusting someone are gone.

Absolutely. My dealer had to have me update him on what was happening, and what should happen next. As a result, my 11/3/21 2021 order has been cancelled and reordered as a 2023 and finally in production.

None of those steps would have happened if I hadn't given him all the updates and brought him the Ford memos that @fordvideoguy posted here. I think I am now near the end of the road. The salesman still added bed rails I didn't want and I missed that, but it looks like it isn't slowing the build down so I will be fine with them.

It should not be this way, but it is. If you don't track the process, there are many opportunities for the dealer to screw up...and nobody is gonna fix it.

I'm still waiting on mine. Hybrid Lux, Co Pilot 360. Ordered 10/21. Re-ordered 11/22 as a 23. In production status as of 1/6/23. I have a VIN and window sticker. Looking more promising than ever.
