You should go over to the Bronco Sport forums, there are quite a few people running Flatout kits on their Bronco Sport with seemingly favorable reviews. The folks at Flatout are also active on the boards there to provide tech support and process feedback from their customers. Seems like a good outfit.

I have a maverick so I’m just wondering if this is worth getting or should I look at other options like rough country for just spacer lifts

I get it but the bronco sport is essentially a maverick with no bed. Suspension is almost identical. You can't even compare any rough country struts or spacer lifts to the performance and adjustability of the flatout kits, plus they're rebuildable. It really depends on what you want to do but to me the maverick isn't a really great off road platform no matter what suspension.

Ahhh okay mine was more just meant for like ranch work I’d say in south Texas maybe so pot holes and random gopher holes wouldn’t be an issue

I would get some Eibach springs and buy some Tremor shocks/strut housing once they become available. That will get you a 2" lift and a shock upgrade. Probably for around $1000.

Flatout is good, but you have to really have offroad performance lifestyle plans to spend $3k plus on a lift kit for a work truck/grocery getter/dd.

Good? Yes. Overkill on a Maverick? Also likely yes.

that’s also the most extreme kit they make. Sounds like maybe you should consider the GR Lite or the middle kit if you were looking at them. Spacer lift not even in the same ballpark as the Flatout setups

Makes me wonder if one can go even cheaper than a spacer kit and just use a 1" stack o' washers and longer bolts :ROFLMAO:

Funny thing, the older Rangers/ Bronco IIs/Fseries and FSBs all could be lifted up to 1.5" front and rear for tha cost of 2 stacks of fat washers under the front coils and cutting out the rivets on the shackle hangers in the rear and flipping them over. A day of work and a $10 bill should do it.

It is my DD so they were overkill any way I look at them

I installed the RC 2" leveling kit in April and hated it within a week. That being said, I was thrilled to finally find a real suspension lift kit on the market. Was spending 3k on a suspension for a 25k dollar baby truck ideal? Depends how far you wanna take it. For me it was a definite yes. I live in Los Angeles and drive on the 110 freeway daily and the amount of body roll with the stock suspension kept me on the streets because of the fuckin collision censors going off every time I had to slow it down to stay in my lane. The pot holes all over the city make my drive a living hell. I will give you my honest opinion in a few weeks once it's broken in and all the adjustments have been made.

Please do! Also would love some photos of the flatout installed on a Mav as I haven't seen one yet.

So I installed the kit a couple of weeks ago and had the alignment done last week. So far so good. Still looking for a solid setting for daily driving and I have yet to take it off road. I didn't take any install tip pics but I would say it took just over 6 hours with the help of my friends.

Damn man, those pics are fantastic. I was on the fence about the GR40 but it looks really solid and worth the price. Will have to add these to my plans.

Did you end up using the 1.5” Rear Subframe Spacers to keep the rear tire in the stock position?

Thank you, yes I did but I will say that I have a small issue with the heat shield in the back of exhaust constantly hitting a bolt near the dif. It sounds like shit everytime I hit a bump but the solution is to drive faster and ignore it until I install a 3" cat back.
