Tried to track my order just now and got a message that I needed to insert a valid VIN. Now if I can just get the dealer to make my changes and change the priority code so Ford can then change the priority code to 2, and then possibly maybe have them look at it for scheduling (again)! What a cluster duck!

I had a ‘22 order with a VIN which was supposed to be canceled and moved to ‘23. I get the same message when trying to track my order.

Same here, my 22 VIN is no longer valid as of today. Should be interesting to see if the transferred orders are in the system Monday. Or if it's SNAFU.

My truck is in transit and the Ford tracker system tells me to enter a valid VIN. The Ford tracker website sucks....

Y'all know your VIN has to change right? New model year. You should see a new one soon as Ford gets it assigned.

Yes, we know. The point is the conversion has occurred negating the old VINs.

I just received the same INVALID VIN message at Ford tracking for my MY22 XL. According to the fordvideoguy, this was supposed to happen this weekend. Hold tight.

The order tracker is hardly reliable. It’ll throw an error about the VIN then work perfectly fine later.
Yep….I will check with chat at 11am and see what they see. Has it been changed to a 2023 and what is it’s priority code?

The order tracker is hardly reliable. It’ll throw an error about the VIN then work perfectly fine later.
That's happened to me also, Invalid VIN, then it shows up later. But this time I believe it's for real since so many are receiving the same message.

You should be hearing from your dealer tomorrow or maybe Tuesday to make your MY23 order. After the dealership gets the DORA back from Ford they need to change the priority code from 99 to something between 10-19. When Ford sees the code change they will know that this is a rollover and set the priority to 02, meaning they will be looking to schedule the build. This process will get the MY22 rollovers priority over the new MY23 orders. We will need to keep in touch with Ford customer support and make sure the priority codes are changed correctly. Using Ford's chat to get updates is pretty quick and easy.

That's not the issue we are talking about here. I would be worried since your truck has already been produced and your VIN shows Invalid.
