No FX4 or 4k either, so that's like double.

But they have more savings and more for your trade. So maybe they'll give 60k for a beater to make it all work out.

I pulled up one of the Lariats advertised. Said they had 235 people "watching" this Maverick. At this price, I think that what all these 235 people were doing was just watching, not buying!!!!! Of course, the big Powerball winner was in CA so they may sell one or two...

Did you see them on the lot, marked with this price? Or do you just see a phantom listing online for a truck that's long gone anyway?

This is what infuriates me. Ford just let's this happen and will keep throwing vehicles at the dealer while those of us waiting on a vehicle and others going to the lot are just getting screwed.

Just did a scan of Auto trader. Plenty of new and low mile Maverick being listed close to MSRP. Most were over but the over was way down from before. Santa Cruz same with a handful below MSRP.

Things are returning to normal. And I think the days of flipping new are about over. Don't imagine many dealers will pay, and direct sale will be getting tight.

My local dealer has a used Lariat on the lot for $42k, last I looked, started out at $46 and has been dropping a bit. But it's one of those situations where in the height of the feeding frenzy they paid out a ton of money for the trade in, so to sell it at even close to MSRP they'd lose money. It's sat there for many months now. Hate on the price, but I get how it got there.

I have seen the mavs on the lot there. the XLT EB alto blue and grey XLT EB had $20k markup. that was a couple months ago
