What are you basing this belief on?

Basing it in the reality that Ford had a large number of 2022 hybrids scheduled that they rugpulled and the majority of confirmed 2023 scheduled orders are EB.

Well we finally got some good news about our order. Haven’t received our email yet, but during a chat today got the vin for our alto blue lariat Lux EB with a production week of December 19th and delivery between January 4 to the 8th. Only 336 days to get a vin and now we begin a new wait that hopefully will be so much shorter. It’s been a good day!

Ok I have had 5 schedule dates for my Maverick. I order on 10/27/2021 Lets see what happens to your dates

10/14/21 order, initially scheduled for early August 22 production. I'm in double digit production date changes, and Ford chat now says January 9th for my 22 XL

I got my notice on 10/28/22 that my new order 23 hybrid XL trailer hitch area 51 placed on 9/16/22 was scheduled to be built week of December 5. I think it is because I went with a small dealer in western PA that had no roll over orders and only a few new orders for 23.

"Scheduled for production" means almost nothing to Ford.

I think it is a marketing department ploy that really means "Don't buy a Tacoma or Frontier already yet."

Got scheduled as well. Ordered 11/1/21 and got email on 11/3/22. Hybrid XL with just co pilot. Was a priority 19 until I got switched to a 23 then went to an 11

Still trying to decide who Ford will screw... me again week after week as all these hybrids get queued in front of me causing me months of waiting after a full year of waiting or the people they've scheduled that they'll push back after they schedule the 6900 leftover hybrids like mine. I fully expect to be the one screwed lol. The one thing I have learned though... Ford WILL screw someone.

I will temper my enthusiasm if and when I get scheduled because FoMoCo has covered their ass in the email saying "forecasting can be a complex issue" based on unforeseen issues like constraints.

40% of orders scheduled in my region are hyb, and that seems to be the trend across the country.

I forgot to mention that priority 10. I hope all hybrids will be build. Not that crap that they estimated.
