Wow...Seems a bit much to nuke the CSR's rating because you are pissed at ford. They are just regular customer service people like anywhere else- no need to be a dick to them. And honestly, and I sincerely mean no ill will here (you don't seem like a bad person), but seeing what you post, and how you post it, I would guess that the most likely issue is an issue on your end with your email.
I got that same email today 11/4/2022. It is for my eco lariat TREMOR off road +appearance pkg. which is highly constrained. My priority at time of order was default 19. Have not confirmed it since ordering. But my 2022 Hybrid XLT soon to be 2023 trade-in does not have a vin nor production date YET!!!interested to know what your priority code is? Also when did you place your order?
You can get the confirm email after you do a search for a part or vehicle on a Ford site apparently whether or not you actually enter it in.Has anyone received an email from Ford asking to confirm your email?

They have turned me into a stoic (along with my bitch on wheels wife who's divorcing me. (Soon, I hope). I got the same email, but I shrug it off like an autumn leaf. Over the last year I've gotten my hopes up numerous times but, although I still want the truck badly, it's hard to maintain strong enthusiasm. Looking forward to loving the Mav when it comes but life goes on. Unlike my projects that need a truck.I received the same email, and I am still remaining optimistic Ford will come thru in the clutch.
