I received no such email. Only response I got was my order confirmation email the day after I ordered my '23 XLT Ecoboost AWD. Hopefully they haven't forgotten about me..

I got the same letter for an XL ICE ecoboost with 4k tow. Ordered it on 9/15 and it went thru 9/16 when the Ford ordering site opened up, got my acknowledgement the following day. My only constraint is the 15% cap on XL orders.

I just got it myself…for my Lariat order, which was put in at a different dealer than my original order from October of last year. I didn’t get one for the XLT order I rolled over at the original dealer.

I got the same email. My23, ordered and confirmed on 9/15 xlt hybrid (only hitch and 110v cab only converter)
Im glad to be kept informed

This is not an “informed” email. These come out every 45 days for the better part of a year. They are literally the equivalent of radio silence. If you don’t resent them yet, you soon will too!
