I’m curious what setting you have found work best for the B and O stereo system. I listen to pretty much everything. I am horrible with fine tuning my settings and finding what would be considered a good happy medium. I understand even the B and O system leaves a lot to be desired, but to my untrained ear I can’t tell the difference. Also curious if surround makes a difference…I couldn’t notice one. Appreciate it.

I love my B&O System.
My tone settings are Bass: Full, Treble: 3/4, Mid: just under 1/2
When connected to my iPhone Apple CarPlay, sometimes the volume is at 21+, other times its at 14, or 17. Just depends what I am listening (mainly Pandora).

I think the B&O system is pretty darn good. Using Apple Airplay the volumes vary, sure, but that’s the variation in recording volumes. I set bass at 3/4 and mid ranged the rest. Enjoy! Your ears will tell you what is right… trust yourself 😊

So glad you're loving the new sound system! We hope you continue to enjoy your Ford Maverick!

Curious about the front dash center speaker cover being slightly warped. I have seen others with the same issue. There is a slight gap. Wondering if this is normal.

Fairly common. I trimmed off the tab on the cover that's at that spot and it settled on its own eventually.

I’ve had 2 Fords w it h B&O. I think they suck. That was one thing I loved about our Tesla when we had it- killer stock sound system.

I think the B&O sounds quite good coming from my Sport Trac that had a full aftermarket setup.
I did change the rear speakers with some $99 Morel from Crutchfield, the factory rears are very poor which you'll notice by turning the fade all the way to the rear.
Surround on and fade a little to the rear for me, other settings in photo.

I mostly listen to Tidal Music and SiriusXM, well until my last 3-month Sirius trial ends in January due to the dealer app loophole finally closing after over 3 years.

Haven't gotten mine yet to test, but the B&O system was part of the reason I went with the Lux package. I do plan on upgrading it, but I am no pro.

What is the easiest plug&play option to upgrade the B&O? Swapping the amp or the speakers?

Copy, appreciate it. Ill try these settings out. Just downloaded the tidal app and will try the 30 days free for their middle hifi package.

Whatever you do, don't pull the fade to just the back. You'll see how "premium" the sound system really is.

Lmao, I’ll let my kids in the backseat figure that out themselves

Replacing the speakers might be the easiest. Actually replacing the B&O amp outright with a 5 or 5+1 channel gets somewhat complex and spendy. It's fairly simple to piggyback off of though if you want a more powerful subwoofer or 4-channel amp/DSP.

Yeah same here. Dealership said they would order me a new one to see if it’s any better. I believe I found the correct part number and they’re around 35 dollars if I remember correctly.
