Glad to see one of their campers appearing on a Maverick!

I bookmarked this company a couple of weeks ago. It's on my list after I get my Maverick. Gives me a good excuse to travel to Montana!

Congrats on your new camper. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts as you spend more time with it.

It is attached with four clamps to the inside of the truck bed. You have to unscrew those to take it off. Similar to taking of a truck rack.

Of course the camper with the roof top tent is pretty big. You’d need two people for sure. Maybe more.
And a Deep Wallet as I believe the price is North of 7K

I picked up my GFC today in Montana. Very lovely experience. The GFC crew is super friendly and gives you a fun demo once your camper is installed on your truck.

i have been living in my Maverick for about 7-8 months now and this camper is so fancy and roomy. It is only first day but totally in love so far.

@DrIllyich had the first prototype model and apparently I have the first production model of this camper.

For those wondering in my first 100 miles I got 36 MPG. Mostly highway driving south from Bozeman, MT next to the Maddison river. Which has quite a few hills. So I think the camper barely affects MPG.
That's it? All we get is 2 mediocre pictures?? We want to see the inside setup and hear more about your story!!

You get what you pay for.
i only own one for two days so I can not speak for how it holds up over time, but 100% agree with this so far.

I am incredibly happy with the quality, extra room and design of this camper. Lots of little details that show GFC cares and uses their own campers.

The bed is super roomy. The white ceiling that lets in just enough diffuse light to not need lighting in the bed area, but dark enough to not notice when sleeping. Plus reflecting the heat. Brilliant.

The locking system that works very straight forward from the inside without keys.

The accessory screws that lets you hang / install stuff with ease.

The fact it opens from all sides.

You can leave your bedding and pillow in the sleeping area and still close it.

I think this probably tripled my living space. I’ll try to do some pictures of the inside once I have it setup a little more.

One of only 2 roomy camp options for the Maverick. I will probably buy the Rover King instead, as I am a big guy, and it has 63" of bed width vs. 50" on the GFC. https://roverking.ca/midsize-offroad-truck-camper/

Love this but gosh they cost way too much. I would prefer this for ease but my travel trailer is beautiful and cost only a little more than one of these.

But then you have to tow that clunky thing around, can't park in congested areas, and get reduced mileage while on road trips. Camp trailers are fine for when you are heading to a local campground. Not great for cross country road trips.
