At least you’re scheduled… my 2022 order is just confirmed, that is it. My 2023 is confirmed too. Time will tell… but I am surely not holding my breath waiting. If I ever get a VIN, I will probably have the big one and roll over dead…

If you don't have a VIN the 22 isn't happening from everything we have heard. I am sorry to say.

I figured that would happen. That is why we ordered a 2023. I still say the dealer screwed up the order as they could never provide me with the COVP… they even admitted they did not even know what that was.

If there was no COVP on your 2022, you never really had an order, and will not qualify for the special offer. I would be looking to your dealer for a discount on the 2023 (or 2024 the way things are going) and make sure they have your 2023 order at priority 10 and all the others at a 11 or higher to put you at #1 in their allocation queue.

I moved on to another dealer. This one has provided their dealer number, order number, and COVP tracking number. He originally said I did not need the COVP number but after I explained why, he got it to me in abt 5 minutes. I am at priority 10, so hopefully something will happen this time.

Ford has been wishy-washy on the need for COVP on the 2023. I think you are better off with it. Better to have it and not need it, than to have needed it and not had it.
