I have a Hybrid Lariat Lux FE. It has an outlet in the bed and one in the cab. Can they power a vacuum? I'm sorry, I'm clueless when it comes to electricity.
I didn't check any labels, I tried a small hand held vacuum it wouldn't work.

Do yours charge via magic?
The way I read it, "Power" means to run the vacuum. "Charge" is very different. My hand held vacuum "charges" on a cradle, but is "powered" by a battery. No cord needed to "power" it. All hand-held vacuums suck anyways ;)

So would it be good idea to order the whimpy inverter and then just replace it with a better one and you will have the plug and wiring already there? And I understand that if you go much bigger that some of the wiring might need to be updated to handle the increase in AMPs.
I was thinking about doing this. It's only really worth it if you need it frequently. I would delete it from my build if I had to do it over again. You can get pure sine wave inverters that plug into the 12v socket and do everything the built in will do and give cleaner power. Chuck it under the back seat for when you need it.

guess dont see the purpose of this if can rarely if ever use it
I go camping a lot and recently picked up a 1000 Wh Delta 2 portable battery. I can charge it quicker from the inverter than I can from DC power.

But yes, it's limited.

It's useful for charging phones and laptops, maybe run some LED lights or a really small fan. Nothing that heats up, nothing with a motor in it.
It runs my powered fabric cleaner nicely!

If you are a frequent traveler, having the ability to charge mobile devices and laptops is huge. Small air mattress air pumps will also be within the power rating. Plus, if you have power tools, it is enough to charge them in a pinch.
I will come in handy for those LED Christmas lights for the Christmas parades.

I ran a small "Shark" vacuum to clean the back seat area once, but after turning it off, it wouldn't start again. I assumed the battery voltage dropped and caused an increase in amp draw. Never tried it again
