Anybody else having trouble accessing Ford Chat? I have gone on their website a few times today and in their "Contact Us" section where it shows Chat, there is no way to access the chat feature. Am I doing it wrong?
Try a different browser. I can't use Google for chat, but Edge works.

Anybody else having trouble accessing Ford Chat? I have gone on their website a few times today and in their "Contact Us" section where it shows Chat, there is no way to access the chat feature. Am I doing it wrong?
It just means they are overloaded with people trying to chat. Keep trying.

I’ve noticed on my device that the chat button can take several seconds to show up, despite the rest of the chat description showing up quickly. It’s almost reminiscent of good old 56k modem days.

I had to hit the refresh button a couple of times, but it finally popped up.

What Ford document can we point a dealer to that says ROVP is required?

Woops. Never-mind. Now see it next to the Oct 5th date.
What does the ROVP document look like? Same question for the COVP doc.

Just talked to mine and if they gave you a “Tracking number” that means your retail order has been verified/processed….ROVP’d.
This is not good enough. Need something directly from Ford saying this.

Seems like it would be good to get something from the dealer too.
