Anyone else having problems trying to order a Maverick XL?

This is worrisome, Ford already announced that it will close retail orders early to mid next week, but my dealer hasn't been able to enter my order in the Ford system yet, this is for an XL AWD with 4K tow package, co pilot 360 and rear sliding window. They say XLT orders go through without a problem, but not my XL for some reason.

I have heard people mention they are having issues ordering the XL, but my order is virtually identical to what you describe and it did not seem to cause any issues when entered. At least none that I was told about.

Is it Atlas Blue? If so, change the color.

I ran into and several other people have reported it but the system has a glitch where it will not let you order Atlas Blue for an XL. They were able to change it to silver, which would be OK for me, and it works just fine and I will try to get it changed later.

Yep. Eeeeeeeeearly morning (like 2 AM) on the 16th. I think it went in on the 15th when the system was acting nuts and the email was just delayed in sending/delivering to me.

Yep, incompatible for some reason. Get the order in by changing it to another color and then you can change color again later.

Just contacted my dealer to change it to Area 51 and try to get the order in, hope that works 🤞

Yes, I did find that out this morning, thank you for checking with me!

All of our XL orders had been Atlas Blue....changed colors and everyone is successfully submited now! Phew!

I was at my Dealer when the banks opened Thursday afternoon. Of course the system was down instantly so I was told to come back after work Friday. I went back yesterday after work and the GM and my salesperson had left at noon. Nobody else there could put the order in, so I left my price sheet with my options highlighted with them to leave on the GM’s desk. With all the talk of closing orders next week im worried mine won’t go through in time. If I miss it again this time I think Im moving in to something else. Can’t afford to pay markup on dealer stock

It should, we changed a few XLs this morning to other colors and they submitted right away!
Have you been able to change any submitted XLs to Atlas Blue?
