My Lariat with Luxury package was scheduled for 8/22. Just informed it’s moved to 9/21. Life goes on and there’s nothing I can do to control it so stop worrying
I recently got scheduled for 10/31. I think it would be a miracle if it got built as the line is changing over mid November. I'd just as soon convert to '23 anyhow. Ordered mid October.

Maverick production ought to get really "interesting" between now and the end of the year. Based on everything I see on this forum, it seems typical for people to be bumped back 4-5 week from the original build date until their truck finally goes into production.

I just got scheduled this week for the week of 11/7, which is SUPPOSED to be the final week of MY22 Maverick production. However, considering that multiple push back are common, what are the odds Ford actually finishes MY22 Maverick production the week of 11/7? Let's just say I wouldn't bet big money on it.

And if they CAN'T get all the VINs they've assigned built by then, how long do they extend My22 production? I mean, at that point there will only be 7 weeks left in the calendar year. Ford can't build MY22 Mavericks in calendar year 2023!

Finally, what does all this mean for MY23 Mavericks? Will Ford again delay opening of order banks? Or will they. just delay the time before they actually start scheduling and building 23s?
My lariat with no constraints ordered Nov 9 2021 just got a vin and a build date on 9/12 then 9/30 then 10/17 so who how’s.

Meanwhile, there's a thread on here of recent VIN recipients getting bumped up from late October/early November production weeks to the end of September production. Go figure.

Just got bumped yet again, now at 10/31 week. I’m starting to get doubtful they will build all the 22 that have vin
Ford does not want to do that rebate.

Be funny if they don’t build all the ones with assigned vin but they don’t tell you until after the 23 production starts and at that time the new 23 ordering is closed and there’s no special offer anymore anyway 😂

That's exactly what I'm thinking.

And from the new communication posted in a new thread here looks as if retail ordering is over next week.
I think if you have a VIN for your 22 you’re getting the truck and should be glad !

Lots of 23 orders won’t be so lucky.

How did you find out you got bumped? Only reason I knew I had a vin and build date 9/26 is I called. Eco Lariat Lux. No email from Ford. When that date comes I intend to call again

Your dealer can check the vehicle visibility report.

Find it easier to call Ford. Takes a cpl minutes to leaving a vm. An email would be nice. When I got the vin I was the one who told the dealer. He confirmed via the visibility reports. Thanks.

There's no guarantee they'll magically get their shit together and produce the '22s they've provided VINs for. I could see them moving the changeover time back a month and thereby building more '22s. The '23s are not happy then but...........
