Some people wanted to know my overall experience. I stated what I was happy with and what I wasnt happy about. I really dont care if you havent read all the posts about this from the beginning, and Ive also stated what I need to do about it, and I called it not the worst problem. And not my fault you didnt seek out the best deal for yourself, so not sure what that has to do with my situation.
I read the posts but you haven't shared how the "mistake" occurred in the first place. If you signed off on an order with the wrong accessory and didn't catch on until the vehicle was scheduled/built/delivered/whatever, the blame shouldn't be fully on Granger. Also, if the vehicle arrives at a dealership with Dealer Installed Options, I'm pretty sure the dealer is obligated to install and deliver the vehicle as indicated by the window sticker. Not doing so could be problematic in the eyes of Ford. So they may have had no choice but to install the window vents despite you not wanting them. Still seems like such a minor detail to feel unsatisfied over, but it is very much worth sharing and I did not mean to discredit your experience in that way.

Hope you at least got the 42,000 Ford Pass points for the transaction, that may very well cover your bug shield.

What is the general thought Granger will offer for hybrids in 2023? Any discounts at all?
Granger has not indicated any discounts for 2023 yet; it seems new orders/discounts are still very uncertain as Ford is changing things again. From reading between the lines, Ford is possibly cutting Granger short on allocations.

You may want to see this thread and follow along for the ride if you're planning to order from Granger.

When did tracking show it arrived? May take them a few days to get it prepped and ready for pickup. My understanding is that they will not call/email until the vehicle is 100% ready to go. Between Broncos, F150s, Mavericks and everything else they sell, they probably get quite swamped at times.

Also, without your order number or tagging them in your post, may be tough to get a response. A direct message might get a quicker reply.

order number was left on both email, phone and vin not the issue phone contact goes to Chrysler tracking showed in final prep a couple of days ago. Pushing 11 months not one email, nor have i been contacting them (bugging) seems reasonable to ask if it is there

Not unreasonable at all, I was just saying they are VERY busy at times. I'm confident they will reach out when the vehicle is 100% ready to go. I found this somewhat recent post on F150gen14 Forum, Granger was quoting 1.5 weeks from when they get the truck to when you can actually pick it up. That may be a bit dramatic, as it sounds like others took delivery a little sooner but it was what the F150 folks were told. I know you want it ASAP, and I bet @Granger Ford wants to get it to you ASAP as well. They get A LOT of vehicles in at times, just try and be patient. You've already made it 11 months, what's a few more days ;)

I highly doubt they are scouring the forum and only replying to those who post on here.. what a fairy tale you must live in.

As I said before, they get very busy at times. Gotta be patient with them. You're not the only one who's got an order with them. Probably one of a hundred others that arrived within the last week alone..

I may live in a fairy tale world but i did get a response after posting. Is the dealer so busy that it would be impossible to email or phone to inform "your truck is here" and we will call when its ready for delivery? still seems a reasonable request
