110/400 Watt outlet rear console/ XLT ?

Seems like Ford is making some small tweaks to B&P- To clarify the attached screen grab, are they saying its not available with XLT/LUX since that packages is supposed to come with the rear console outlet ?

Not available as a separate option because it is included in the luxury package.

Here is another observation... If you select the XLT LUX package alone you get the full size spare; if you select the XLT with the CoPilot360 alone you get the full size spare.
If you select the XLT with LUX package and CoPilot360 together we don't get a rebate of $115??? WTF

Yes. If you get the 4K/7-pin, the 4-pin is also included.

So there is redundancy with the FX4/TOW packages as well- Would like cash back on that as well !
