I ordered 10-30 velocity blue hybrid lariat with 360 scheduled for sept 29. We where sure we would have to pick a new color. Hope the date doesn’t move🤣
Congrats on your Oct 30 order being schedule, but expect it to move. Was scheduled for 8/29 and now Sept 12th. Curious as your VIN as mine is 951xx last 6 from your VIN is the production number. For example A951xx assume yours is like B?????

I welcome all October Hybrid Orders to unite tomorrow and focus our energy on getting scheduled. I hope and think there will be a few of us chosen.
I have not received an email since June 29. I checked at the dealer yesterday. They had a VIN and a scheduled production date. Has Ford just stopped notifications?

I'm in the same boat I guess. I have been moved at least 6 times and have had 1 email during that time. If I want to know anything I have to call the chat line.

This is just so baffling, there seems to be no rhym or reason as to who gets scheduled. July orders still waiting while Lariat Lux 360 orders from the end of October are scheduled.

Only thing I was thinking was we ordered velocity blue and maybe they are pushing those thru as they are discontinuing that color after this year. Do you know what
priority code your order is at?

Just found out build date has been moved from September 5 to 12. October order—Velocity Blue ( the best color !), base hybrid XL with drop-in bedliner.

Oh I'm from 10/9 for my order but I ordered Velocity Blue as well and am still priority 10. I'm a normal XLT with 360.

You have the same truck ordered as me except color. I ordered 4 days before you yet you are not scheduled. I have had a VIN for 4 months now. You're right! There is no rhyme or reason on who gets scheduled. Its a complete mess.

I would be concerned that the dealer did not submit the COVP correctly. I'm a priority code 2. The dealer cannot set the priority code to 2, only Ford can, and they will currently only set the COVP orders to 2. My dealer Riverside Ford Tulsa initially did not submit the COVP correctly, and only got it submitted correctly after I asked for verification back in December. My order date is still considered Oct 8th, and I'm now at a priority 2, but I still don't think I'll make the 22 cutoff. Definitely a priority code of 10 is not going to make it, because they are not even reviewing those for production.

There is a rhyme and reason and it is called dealer allocations. Those are mostly invisible to us here but it is what is driving much of the scheduling. Ford can tell you they are doing first in-first out but at the same time we know places like Long McArthur are saying “Oh, we won’t get any Mavericks scheduled this week because we have already used up our allocations for the month.”

Why did someone with the same build on the same or later order date get built instead of you? Simple- their dealer had allocations and your dealer did not.

I also think the anecdotal evidence strongly suggests they are building Lariats over XLTs. Impossible to prove that for sure but it sure seems to be happening that way.

Perhaps true about Lariats but will say there have been only Lariat heavy orders once about 2 months ago and recently. Like you say impossible to say. Will add Lariat orders that get rolled with have the highest private offer amounts, which the customer can order a MY23 for less as only got some things as part of a package, which are not included in the MY23 packages as the SIBL and other bed accessories. We will see. Feel bad for anyone that wants a MY22, who is not schedule and hoping what I said about options/pkgs is true and they can have a newer M and perhaps cheaper price to offset the financing changes of -12% on the 4 to 5 year loans.

This above possibility with the Lariats maybe true as seeing a couple early November Lariats being scheduled on page 12 of the November Hybrid Orders Unite thread
