My tracker page not showing some options

I received my build date & VIN. Then I went and bookmarked my Tracker page. Posted here about how glad I am to get my truck.... Yadda yadda

Just now, went to my tracker page and looked at the packages and accessories list. Packages only say 300A and Co pilot 360. But I also ordered Lux package. So I looked under Accessories and I'm getting the spraying bed liner trailer hitch w/ connector, driver power seat etc which are listed in lux package. But doesn't mention the heated seats/steering wheel nor Wiper de-icer or leather wrapped steering wheel. My order sheet says lux package so I'm not imagining it.

Is this something I should be concerned about @fordvideoguy? I've emailed my salesman already about this.

Anyone else not have lux package listed on their tracker info that ordered lux package?

It wouldn't be the first time someone posted about something similar, usually it was just an error on the tracking page, but it couldn't hurt to check with your dealer to be sure.

Yeah mine doesn't say XLT luxury package under packages. That's what concerns me. I don't understand why if my order sheet says Lux package. I'd post a screen shot, but I'm on a tablet and don't know how to do it from here.

The same thing happened to me last week when I got my VIN, the site did not have the LUX package listed but some of the things that came with the package were in some off the odd ball categories. So I got with my dealer and they verified everything that is ordered. I think it is just the way the computer generates it on the site before the window sticker is created.

For me it would be an XLT with the LUX,FX4,4K and 360.

Fingers crossed it is just the way the site generates.

Yeah it seems you and I have a similar issue. I am pretty sure it is just a website fluke and really hope it is. Would suck after all that waiting but I verified my info with the dealer and they checked it out so I have a bit of confidence.

Be thankful you can even get the tracker to load... Which raises another question -- How the heck are y'all getting the tracker to work at all? Mine works maybe 1 out of 20 times trying to load it. It's not a browser issue, I've repro'd it with every major browser with and without extensions. Site's just awful.

Weird. I've not had a problem loading.
Try this, once you put in your order# & vin and you get it loaded, then bookmark it. Your vin stays in the web address, at least mine does. I'm using Chrome BTW.

I will be the one to not dismiss your concern here. My tracker does list "Lariat Luxury Package" under packages. I would also be suspect if it did not. I don't have a window sticker, either.

Interesting that those that replied and showed Lux were Lariats. The other that didn't was an XLT. So, yes, my fingers are now .
