Ford Customer Service Needs to Get on the Same Page

I just spoke with Ford Customer service on the phone and I had one associate tell me the Maverick 2023 won't have the order banks open until middle of November and I had another associate tell me August 15. I don't understand why the representatives from corporate don't all have the same information. Does anyone have any information on when Ford is planning on updating their website to have the new 2023 maverick pricing and options? Thanks!

Per @fordvideoguy Order banks for Maverick open August 2nd. Order guide is not expected until that date. Online configurator website is not expected for several weeks after the order banks open. MY23 day 1 build is (I think) October 25th.

Thank you John, this is going to be my first Ford vehicle and I'm excited and frustrated at the same time lol. How do you get access to the order guide. I'm not familiar with that.

You aren't calling Ford corporate, but a call center. They have access to a certain amount of information, but obviously aren't always getting it right.

The confusion might have been from when the 23 Mavericks are supposed to start being built (late Oct / early Nov).

Ford has not released order guides to dealers yet for 23 Maverick. We might not get those until early Aug. Hopefully build and price will be updated by then too....but there is a good chance that it won't be.

I assume so! I hope earlier.....but we are not told ahead of time when these will be released.

Order banks opened July 18th for the 23 F-150 (late in the day). The order guides were released a couple of hours before that.

How do you get access to the order guide. I'm not familiar with that.

Order Guide is what the dealer uses to work up an order. Lists all possible options / packages. Might be available as a bootleg once it is released and there should be an overview on YouTube about it once released.
