Because this isn't really a contract and you not being able to buy the truck you want, when you want, at the APR you want does not mean you have incurred any "damages".not trying to sound like an asshole but how is that legal? I put a deposit down and had a written agreement to purchase this vehicle and it’s not my fault ford can’t produce it. So I get jerked around for over a year and don’t even get the curtesy of keeping my APR of 1.9 for 60 months?
It sucks, but it is 100% legal. A lot of people on this forum have zero concept of actual law.
