I clearly don’t know much about tires but why is the spare a different size? Thought hybrid was full size spare.

Yes your correct 215/60 17 has a diameter of 27 inches and the 225/65 17 is 28 inches guessing that was the biggest tire that would fit under the bed?

Anyway, I really dig that color. That's the velocity blue, right? I'm getting the first edition, which I'm super excited about. However, I wish they had this color option. I'm going w/ carbonized gray, as it looks pretty sharp. (I like it better than the area 51. I was on the fence between the rapid red and carbonized gray, but, since rapid red is a late availability color, my decision was pretty easy.)

The LED bed lights? Not a chance, they won't stay on forever, at least they didn't on my F150, I think the timer was ~10 minutes so long as the truck was off. I suppose if someone sat in the bed for several days and kept hitting the button every 10 minutes, it may be drained... I don't think it's a legitimate concern lol.

Yeah, it is really difficult to discern what color is what on the Ford website. My wife said she wanted the color that is in all the advertisements, but it didn't look like any of the options on the site. Took some searching to figure it out.

that is the full sized spare. It isn’t quite as big as the regular tire, but definitely bigger than a donut. I am guessing the regular is a 14in. My current car doesn’t even have a spare, so any spare is a bonus. Lots of cars just come with fix a flat now, some run flats still, but i think that companies are going away from those more often
