Yeah, I didn't have the same luck... Just picked up the car and they said the motor is faulty, but it's it also locked up with the window down, and they can't get it up.
Sorry, couldn't resist. Kind of the like the dude in the picture.

I got done washing mine, got in it to move it and the rear window went down by itself and now won't come back up. Did you experience something similar or did you put yours down and it just wouldn't come back up?Have the same issue. My passenger rear window is stuck down. Will not come up. All other windows come up and down fine.
Just called my Dealer, and they can't get me in until Monday so I will give it a few hours here and try again, if not I have to wait until the weekend, will be rough here in Phoenix with a window down.
Update, it's not the switches. Switched side to side and both work. I can hear a clicking In the regulator but nothing happens. Since the window is down, not sure how you are supposed to get the regulator out. Tried to pop the glass out of the track just to put it up but the clip is pretty thick that holds it in.
Mine clicks when I try and go up, sounds like there might be a bad batch of window regulators. Hopefully it's not going to be an issue on all windows. Ford is pretty active on the forums, hopefully this stays on the radar and they look into it or aware of it and will quietly roll a solution out lol.I moved mine down myself, that's when it would not come up.
My buddy is a bodyman, so I brought it to him Friday night, he and I removed the panel. Were able to raise the glass and put a small vise grip on the track to keep the window up.
The motor is extremely hot and I can hear it clicking on it's own (without pressing the window switch). So there is definitely an issue with the motor. I'm wondering if this is the start of a larger issue on these window motor/regulator assemblies in the Mavs?
Either way, I am bringing it back to the Dealer tomorrow (Monday Morning). Since I did their job for them, they can now look at it and order/put in an order for the whole regulator assembly.
I will update after tomorrow with the dealer.
I ‘m having this same exact problem with my front passenger window. Stuck halfway down. Clicking in the passenger door when I push window switch up or down in both the driver’s side and passenger’s side.Update, it's not the switches. Switched side to side and both work. I can hear a clicking In the regulator but nothing happens. Since the window is down, not sure how you are supposed to get the regulator out. Tried to pop the glass out of the track just to put it up but the clip is pretty thick that holds it in.
I’m glad that did the trick, I believe that is the same part ordered for mine. Back order date till today 5/20. I called and they said hopefully will know more in next few days now that the back order date is here. Sure wish we can get it fixed. It’s been a month! Window currently held up by a suction cup handle thing used for moving glass. This has been fixed.
I just picked up my Mav.
The issue was the main window switch Bus (pictured).
It acts as a controller and was sending incorrect voltage and grounding out the rear passenger motor/regulator assembly.
They had one on hand, replaced it, and working.
I will update if that changes but as of right now, good to go.

6 times a day? For what?I go to Mcdonald's 6 times a day and have to roll the windows down 2x each. They are starting to wear out and I just got the truck a month ago.
