That's what happened to me with Fairway. After 2 weeks of no movement, I finally reached out to them and they explained they don't do partial shipments and offered to remove the tailgate assist to expedite the rest of my order. They're great btw. Communication was prompt, and aside from this tailgate assist, I plan on taking my business to them in the future.Thanks. I just canceled my order with a dealer and purchased this one. Been waiting weeks at the dealership. I had purchased a rubber bed mat at the dealership and it was in stock but they wouldn’t ship until the tailgate assist was in.
I assume to only have one shipment.

Every other vendor including Ford mentions that it's on backorder. I assume if deezee didn't have them in stock, they would've indicated this somewhere before letting you order.
