The following email will be coming today (at 1PM Eastern) to all Maverick customers with unscheduled and COVP verified retail orders.

I received this email today at 1:15 PM (EST). My dealer calls at 2:50 PM (EST) and tells me I have June 6th Build Week.

So I emailed my dealer asking him why I did not get the email today about my unscheduled Mav. Interestingly, he emailed me back I'm 5 minutes saying I didn't get the email because "you have a build date of 5/30" and gave me my VIN. Why did neither he nor Ford let me know this fairly significant news? Why only tell me after I asked about today's email?


Any way, CG Hybrid LUX pckg ordered last August

Got my special email today. We've all read the stories here of the price gouging upon delivery. I'm sure FoMoCo is not deaf to that, and should address it. Not really sure what they can do other than what Ford Video Guy explained. My dealer has a great reputation, but I am still a bit concerned when that day arrives.

Nope....ecoboost/awd xl. no constraints. Ordered early Jan, rcv'd all other emails from ford though. still waiting for scheduling.

I got the last email and this one. I have a Lariat Lux EB FX4/4k Tow/CP360. My father also ordered a Lariat Lux EB with just the CP360. Both of us ordered in January on the same day. Both of our orders are still the same but only I got emails. I doubt I will get this truck anytime soon.

I rechecked my notes and I had thought it was open from 9-5, but it it's actually 8-8 ET, so I called tonight instead of tomorrow.

Here's who I called and what happened:

The friendly woman on the other end of the phone call informed me that my email address was wrong in the ROVP system (off by one letter) and that I am going to have to call my dealer to correct that as she couldn't do it from there.

So, there's the story on that one.
