So I followed the advice of another thread and check the Ford As Built website. I entered my VIN and country and lord and behold the PCM and BCE codes showed up for my VIN number. It looks like it has been built. Now the hard part is to find out where it is in the shipping schedule for Canada.
Thanks to those folks who have put these links to get information about our orders on the Maverick Truck Club. Getting information from the dealer and Ford is like pulling hen's teeth.

I ordered a Maverick XLT Hybrid, Alto Blue, Luxury Pkg, trailer hitch, and spray-in bed liner October 26th. So far, not a word from Ford. When I call customer service they confirmed they had my order. Last week I spoke with the dealership and we agreed to remove the spray-in bed liner in hopes it will get my truck built and delivered sooner. Have not heard if that got the results we were hoping for. There might be a silver lining on the dark cloud, that being all the problems experienced by previously delivered trucks will be addressed and my truck will be trouble free.

The Lux Package I thought had been switched to drop-in bed liner and the only way you can remove any bed liner with a lux package is to drop the whole package.

On 3-9-22 my dealer emailed that my truck was in Nogales SO at the rail yard. He didn't give me a railcar number and effectively wants me to wait until they call me.
I'd prefer as much warning as possible when scheduling work and buying tickets to Pennsylvania, but hopefully Ford will email me when it arrives.

can someone post a window sticker for XLT with lux package. My sticker only shows a couple items from the package and I am trying to figure out if something got missed or is that normal? 4 items listed under lux package, missing items like the inverter and heated seats

Got the notice that my mav hybrid, xlt lux, area 51 is/ has been shipped. Window sticker says rail. I am in WA state so UP? Problem is I don't know which number on the window sticker tells me a rail car # to track. Help!

If you are going by rail, it’s more complicated…

First you will need the rail car letters and numbers. It is on the visibility report or DORA which is from the dealership. You MAY be able to get it from the SVT people but they seem often in a cranky mood and may tell you to get it from the dealer.

There are two major rail companies.

CSX is everything east of the mississippi
UP is everything west of the mississippi

But they all start out on CSX so once they have it in their system they will follow it all the way.

So, how do you track your truck on a railcar?

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

Went to the motorcraftservice.com/asbuilt. This is what I received. Is there anyone that can make any sense of this.

Spoke with my dealer and he said they had cancelled the spray in bedliner but didn't think it would change anything. I called Ford Sales and Marketing just to check if my order was still active. It is but they would not give me any dates of build or delivery. I asked about the start of 2023 Mavericks going on line. She said sometime in August. I then asked how they would handle my order for a 2022 model if I still had not received it when they changed over to 2023. She said I would get the 2023 model equipped as the 2022 at the price I was quoted for the 2022. Ford has always been a reputable company, I would expect nothing less in this situation.

So now what? My truck is sitting in the CSX rail yard in Jacksonville, FL, awaiting it's next leg of the tour to the dealership.

Any word on how long this process usually takes? So close, and yet so far. SIGH.

The rail car my Maverick is sitting on is "on hold status" in Armourdale, KS. Anyone else ordering from GYF getting the same CSX message? There's at least 35 others of you out there.
