Someone will need to buy and try them. There is no reason they shouldn’t work. There is already an LED that works for the accent around the taillight. I already have the Alla’s installed or else I would give it a go. Alla’s work fine but do require the resistor if you get the red ones. I am sure someone will test this out. Thank you for getting the info I just cannot imagine what would be that different that they wouldn’t work.

Only thing I can think is that they need different different circuitry/resistors because of the led accent lights the lariat taillight assembly already has. In any case, I'll just wait til they make lariat-specific ones

Got an update from lasfit that these should indeed work in a lariat, they just didn't have one to test them on.

So I'll give them a try when my truck arrives and can always return them if they don't work

Just a little confused…So do they hyperflash or not mixed with the front switchback turn signals installed, and was I reading correctly about an overheating issue?
I ordered the full kit for my maverick.

I'm torn.

Part of me says improved brightness = improved safety
Part of me says going aftermarket or getting creative on a safety component is ill advised.

Eh they're just LEDs. I figure incandescents go out all the time and it's not the end of the world so not a huge deal if one of these fails

Will do. I got the amber front signals too. I'll put them through their paces and try to report back. It seems like they have a good return policy and customer service has been super responsive and helpful

I ran a test to see and After 5 minutes the switchbacks will hyperflash to prevent damage.

The rears never hyperflashed during that same time when I had it with brakes on and the turn signal during the same duration. Just the switchbacks did.

I never run the turn signals that long in normal conditions and never have issues.

it does after awhile, I turn it off wait 5 seconds then it'll be good again

Coincidentally I'll also get my maverick this week - it's in courtesy delivery jail while paperwork is overnighted back and forth. We'll see which arrives first! I'll definitely try to remember to report back
