Anyone else get the recall done and are now having hyper flash?

Service manager at the dealer is dumbfounded and suspects there will be an “updated” software update….

There's only about 3+ threads about it.

Yes. The issue is with the Lasfit rear brake/turn signals only causing the dash to hyperflash. Front turns are OK and not causing the condition. I have it now also after the recall software update on my '23 Mav Lariat. In contacting Lasfit, they say they are aware of the issue for Mavericks and are currently working on a "fix". They were unable to provide a timeframe or if there was to be a cost for us that have their lights at this time.

I have the same issue (lights work correctly but turn signal indicator inside is too fast). Guess we'll have to wait & see if there's a fix or replacement.

Called dealer. First available appointment is 15 days out. I was surprised to learn my truck would be put in line on that day – having an appointment doesn’t get you in the system, only a date to bring the truck in. Probably 3 to 5 days before it is checked after the drop off.
ord needs to fix their service system.

My wifes 22 is in the recall. Here in Maine they send someone out to you (in this case her work) and do it there. She called today (Thursday) and they're coming out Tuesday. By the way, this is the 1st post I've seen on this topic. Apparently there's others but I must have missed them.

Using FORScan, I only had to disable REAR STOP BULB OUTAGE in the BCM Module to eliminate the Hyperflashing. I will keep it this way until a better fix is available.

@Brett3550 , so everything else is enabled, including the front?

Yes. Unless changing this setting automatically changes other settings. I didn’t bother to look at the others.

My fronts were disabled, maybe the dealer did it trying to resolve the problem.
Thank you!

Here is a screen shot of my filtered "OUTAGES." Again, I only disabled the REAR STOP BULB OUTAGE. I wish I would have looked at what was enabled/disabled before the recall flash.

I too had a disappointing discussion with Lasfit. They suggested I install resistors. Not something that I want to do and believe they should replace the faulty bulbs. I do not believe I should incure the added cost since the bulbs are stated to work and are still under warranty. As you mentioned I was told there isn't a timeframe for a resolution. When I heard that, I asked if Lasfit was going to pull the Turn Signal LED Bulbs from the market since they do not work properly. They answered, NO. The heat needs to be turned up so Lasfit is held responsible for their product.
