What exactly is Preview? Do you send or provide the number to Ford, or do they randomly choose which orders from each dealer?

In other words, does Ford say send me XX # orders to Preview or is everyone in the pool and they select XX to Preview?

preview is right before scheduling...Ford previews from Tues to Thurs...previews can change based on commodities...for example Tues I had 30 2.0's preview...Wed I had 25 2.0's & 5 2.5's...then Thurs they will schedule what is the best mix regionally & nationally for the factory to build

Besides 2.0 vs 2.5...Plant constraints this week that might have prevented your Maverick from scheduling - keep in mind some may have scheduled with these options...supply vs demand:
