BTW the tailgate letters look great and the garden boxes look beautiful!

Great bit of information! I don't see how anyone can own a Maverick and not survive without this club. Many thanks.
I agree! I have learned so much from this group! This is the first place I look when I have a question!πŸ₯°

No pics, but I put the stubby 2" antenna on (from Amazon). Looks a lot better than the factory antenna for sure. As for how it works...no clue as I'm only using Sirius/Xm. The reception for satellite works fine with no antenna at all, but I didn't want to leave that open. Reviews mostly seem positive though, so not concerned about this $20 "mod".

Too bad that won't let you flat tow.
Wouldn't that be handy. Seems the Hybrid is the only version that can be flat-towed. One of the main reasons I bought mine.

Did the same ... no issues with regular radio.

Used the Maverick to move some old server equipment for disposal. With the black rubber mat the equipment barely moved during the short trip. Tried to put on the Ebay tailgate letters but they didnt seem to fit right and looked cheap so I decided to take the hit and toss them. Planning to get the ford silver ones and put those on. Might look better anyways!

Amazon has some ABS plastic ones that are much easier to put on than decals and give a bit of a 3D effect. I was going to post the link, but the ones I bought are currently unavailable. Oops. There are other vendors most likely. Anyway, here's a photo of how they look.

Picked up my new Maverick today, so far the only thing I’ve done to it is to get the windex out to clean forehead smudges off my drivers side windows from people scoping the interior before I drove it home today.

For all that's holy please don't forget to remove that idiotic WARNING label on the driver's window! Truly amazing how many people drive around with that 4" square window sticker!
