I'm sure I did and it must've traumatized me because I developed a keen eye for foods I just "knew" I wouldn't like! 😁 To this day my friends still call me a picky eater! I say, no I just know what I like and don't like!😋 🤣
Are you one of those where you don't like the food on your plate touching other foods? 🤣😉

The only thing worse than the Milk Bone dare (we'll save the use of the word "challenge" for those who like to eat Tide Pods) was mixing up various ingredients in the blender and making your blind-folded friend drink it.

Have only bought one used car and never again, the joy isn't there driving it home that first day. That one moment is worth the depreciation hit

Buying used is buying headaches!! Got rid of my fully loaded Z72 Silverado. Great for long trips only. At my age backing up with back up camera in the mirror? Who came up with the land brain idea? My God, you need magnifying glasses to see it! To many over the curb problems. I drove tractor trailer’s hauling dozers and other big rigs. I wanted a Subaru Brat, really!!! Ordered a pepper red loaded Lariat Maverick. I was told that at my funeral someone will say “his Maverick came in!”

Nope my food could mix, my Grandmother used to freak out because I liked mixing my peas into my mashed potatoes 😆!
Oh I avoided the blender dare! I saw some nasty stuff go into them!
Yeah when we were kid our dares didn't require eating stuff that would seriously hurt you like that pod challenge! Unbelievable when I heard about that!

Yep, it’s best to get past the honeymoon phase quickly. Then it just becomes a tool that hopefully remains useful for many years. Also, I have no plans to obsess about gas mileage. It is what it is, and it’s much better than what I had.
Well, my Mustang convertible has never worn off, But…the kids can’t eat or drink in it either. Or touch it.

Mixing peas in mashed potatoes! OH, THE HORRORS!! Kidding...everyone does that!

The only thing I've hard of worse than the Tide Pod Challenge is something about putting a penny in a light socket. I'll have to look up the details of this one, but supposedly it blows out the entire electrical system in your home.

Had mine since mid November
I still smile when I look at it
Same for me, I picked mine up the day after Thanksgiving. 1500+ miles later, I still love it, and wash it a couple times a week!

I have the Lariat package, picked my Maverick up late January. Just under 1000 miles and plan to keep it forever. I love the size and ride for the AWD truck and so does my wife. She didn't really want a truck but she loves it now. My grand son in law (his family) has a dealership in Mt. Juliet TN so stop by and see them any time. My friends at the golf course love the look and so do we. Still learning about the panel and benefits. I keep it clean....and always will. Love it.

Have bought a lot of vehicles over the years. The researching, the ordering, the waiting and finally the drive home from the dealership is where it peaks. After that, it's a few weeks of obsessively cleaning every speck of dirt and dust and looking back at it when you park. Then you get a minor scratch and spill a coffee and you just don't give a shi%$ anymore and it's just transportation.

Enjoy the wait
Who cares Stop moaning

Usually about 3 weeks to a month I stop caring about the risks of automatic car washes and don’t dry the windows after driving through.

like the idea of rubbing some sandpaper over a section of the plastic bumper to get over the OCD quicker.

Right on verts in some makes are dreamy no matter the age or rock chips on it. my E46 M3 vert is my stare buddy when I am spending time in the garage.

I just mentioned this in the other thread about why didn't you buy a Maverick hybrid. Someone was saying something along the lines of "thrill of the ride" factor in the Ecoboost.

We owned a 2018 Miata GT 6MT for a couple of years. Now there is you a thrill. You cannot have more fun for less money anywhere. After a knee injury, we traded the Miata for a Porsche Macan S - and then wanted another 6-speed, so we picked up the G70. Hope someday to have another Miata in our garage, though.
Still own my new 2008 Race Red Miata, and love it, now waiting on my Chili Red Maverick, bought the lower priced truck so I could keep 2 cars, I guess life can't get much better!
