Built email showing delivery location to Chapman but I have a CD to a different dealer.

I got an email today saying built but it has the delivery location as Chapman still but I arranged a courtesy delivery to Arizona. Some parts of the window sticker say AZ on them. At the top under the BUMP part it says AZ but I cant really find when it shows what dealer its going to.

Anyway my question is has anyone else had a courtesy delivery? Does it show the original order dealer or the delivery dealer for the delivery location on the built email?

Mine says the same thing. I do see AL in certain places on the Window Sticker. Hopefully it shows up locally. I'll be pissed otherwise.

Others have asked about this I assume the emails from ford are just automated and just show the order dealer via the order number but dont consider courtesy deliveries or any other different dealer information

Built yesterday 2/24 and will have a Chapman CD to Raleigh NC hopefully in 3 weeks. Seems like the window sticker and ramp info is OK for NC shipment. I've been wanting to try to track down more Chapman CD info to NC.

I have a Chapman order with a CD to North Carolina. It got built and shipped a week ago. Tracker says it's going to Chapman. But I mention the discrepancy in an email to my sales guy, and he didn't say anything about it being an issue. Also according to my window sticker, apparently it's being shipped to a rail yard in South Carolina, which wouldn't make sense if it was ultimately going to Philadelphia

Got a shipped email from ford today. Still shows Chapman on that.
No email yet from Tom. They mentioned here on the forum we needed to pay a drop ship hold charge but they never asked me to pay that or how much. They did send an email to verify the dealer code when it was schedule back in December and document outlining the drop ship rules/info

It's probably fine and is going to be bumped off the train in AZ. But don't have any confirmation of that yet

They contacted me back in November and I payed the drop shipment deposit at that time.

Steven (Horsham) told me the other day that they’ve stopped requiring the shipping deposit.
My Mav is also to be a CD so I’m following this thread for answers too.

What? This isn't what Ed told me back 4 months ago. Does this mean I should ask for the shipping deposit back? I'm not too confident with this whole event. Not sure if I even want the truck. The wait is ok but the discombobulation of information is just fvcked up.

Ed and Steve are at different Chapman locations. They do some things differently. I would call or email to get information directly from Ed rather than the forums if you are unsure.

They had a cutoff date for drop ships. So if you beat that date then they should honor that agreement..

I noticed something interesting about my window sticker. I labeled in red these two blank areas on the bottom-left of the sticker:

While they look blank, you can click-and-drag to select the invisible text inside them and paste it into a text editor (I used Notepad). For me, the top box says:

SOLD TO
Chapman Ford of Horsham
1100 Easton Road
Horsham PA 19044

The box below that says:
SHIP TO (IF OTHER THAN SOLD TO)

I didn't do a drop ship, so it makes sense that there's no dealer info in my second box. I wonder if the invisible text in that box has your drop ship dealer information.
