If they still can't get the cable, you can do what I did and fix it yourself with a $6 part and a little finagling:

Works fine until the Ford part is available.
I got it to work with this cable:

I think this is the same cable and seller for $1 more and faster shipping:
This is the only short mini-to-mini cable I could find. The rubber plugs are too tall and fat to physically fit into the slots in the Maverick, so...
Do you drive in eco mode at all? I find the brakes too abrupt in the default drive mode (that's how I know I forgot to switch to eco--braking at low speeds is too jerky). Eco is much better for my tastes, at least.
Thanks for the pictures and info. I have the same issue but haven't bothered taking to the dealer yet. Even if I had this part, I don't think I'd be able to plug it into the ACIM without further disassembly. I think I'll go through the dealer to get this done.
Here is a helpful post with the part number of the bolts, lots of other good info in that thread too:

That did the trick, thanks! Noticed those USB ports weren’t working at all and, sure enough, there are no cables hooked up to them at all. Would be a quick fix before taking it to the dealer for the official part/fix (which I see in other threads that the part is on back order), but I can’t tell...
I am having a tough time getting this tray to release/pull out. Feels like I am about to snap the plastic. Do you (or anyone) remember how exactly you got it to release?
I was just in last week picking up my July order and they were juggling a ton of recent deliveries/out-of-state pickups. I would call Ashlie--she has always been responsive.
Good info, thanks! I tried to order through Two Rivers in early July but couldn't get a response from them. Have you had any experiences with them?
I went to a sales training event in August at Ford of Franklin. They had a trainer Maverick and invited customers to come see it. Their sales lead...
Why not run CarFax on your VIN? It will show that they received it and sold it out from under you. And it will have dates. What this dealer did is a major problem and I wouldn’t feel the need to be nice about it.
You didn’t buy a different vehicle from these guys in the end, did you?
The tracker is broken again for me--won't even load the status page. Could just be something in the system making your date not load. I would check back later before worrying.
I noticed something interesting about my window sticker. I labeled in red these two blank areas on the bottom-left of the sticker:
While they look blank, you can click-and-drag to select the invisible text inside them and paste it into a text editor (I used Notepad). For me, the top box says...
Ed and Steve are at different Chapman locations. They do some things differently. I would call or email to get information directly from Ed rather than the forums if you are unsure.
The same happened for me last night. Now today I just checked https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt and both my PCE and BCM modules are visible there:
Have you all checked to see if you have the same?
The tracker didn't work for me for part of the day after it went into production. At first it said in production, then the tracker didn't work, then when I checked later it worked and my window sticker was accessible.
