Add-ons and shit I guess. I'm an FE order from the middle of August, I wonder if my 22 First Edition will even be built in 22.
2022 Last Edition!!
😂 😂 😂

sorry, I’m still waiting for mine as well. I just have to laugh at this point and hopefully I’ll be able to use offroad at the beach before the season is over 😂

I don't have a moonroof on my order. Just the trailer hitch and 400W in cab inverter.... The only thing I'm thinking is I changed from an XL hybrid to XLT hybrid the end of October. I'm wondering if that messed up my spot in line...
I changed color of my truck in November. Ordered July 10, Changed color mid-November, got an e email in January for production date in March. Admittedly i did send about 10 emails to my salesman. Mostly with Memes of me waiting for my maverick. So it is okay to Bug them a little. Play on their humor.

They are a resource if you want to confirm if you have a build date or not.
For people who never received emails from Ford or are concerned their dealer botched the order. Given I received the initial confirmation and FITS emails from Ford, it's obvious they have my email address. No email means no build date.

Congrats! I almost picked that color. But they didn't have anything in stock to compare it to the Cyber orange or velocity blue. It is pretty!

Getting really tired of seeing orders just like mine getting scheduled and I cant even get any information! I try not to complain but dam this is ridiculous. I have tried everything just to get some word and nope, nothing. Ordered XLT- Lux on August 3rd, still crickets. I dont even know if my priority code has changed. I was so excited for this truck and to be honest the joy is gone. Fords system makes no sense to me

I think your sales manager is the one lying. Ford has not made any official comments on orders being rolled over. I would believe that sales manager as far as I could throw them.
Why would he lie? He didn't tell me about another one on the lot, other options, or try to sell me or get me to do anything. He told me he will contact me once orders for 2023 open up if I want to make any changes. He was busy the entire morning giving the bad news to other people.

I called back the next day and a different manager told me the same thing and how the other guy was calling people all morning and dealing with a lot of pissed off people. I called Ford customer service twice that day, again a week later, and their new Complaint Line last week. I even blasted them on social media and someone reached out to me. All anyone can say is yes, my order was confirmed June 10th, was inputted correctly, I'm still in the queue, no restraints on my options chosen, and they have no idea when my truck will get scheduled or what model year I'll get. No one could confirm I'd get a 2022.

The narrative being suggested is that my smaller dealer simply ran out of 2022 Mavericks allocations and won't be getting anymore.

I also live in a high cost area where big mark ups often happen. Maybe my dealer was found guilty of this and this is Ford's way of punishing them...but why punish the customer? Especially is he is one of the first in the entire country to order a Maverick.
