go to islandford.ca look up the maverick cost they are advertising and then look at the MSRP sticker for the window 20% mark up my friend. I agree its wrong

Snug top is at Ford Dealer accessories. Which now has been removed from the Canada Site.

It was part of my deal with them.

Did they close it without asking you, or over your objection?

I was listening to @fordvideoguy guy last night (hi, Tim!) and he said when you have issues like this to call Ford's complaints line. Not the regular customer service, but complaints specifically.

I believe the OP stated that he didn't cancel the order. The dealership did.

I'm sad you don't get your truck after all. It's suspicious for a dealer to offer you a dealership ordered truck, then cancel the deal because they can't get you one after-market item. Seems to me there's something else involved there. You are wise to never darken their door again, and instead find a more honest dealer. I hope you can keep looking for a better deal and end up with an even better Maverick yet.
