My Mav is the only one I’ve seen and still no SC.

I live in Broward County. I've seen three *four *five Mavericks besides mine: one velocity blue, one cactus gray, and one other carbonized gray. I've seen one Santa Cruz.
*edit: I saw a white Mav painted up like a work truck Wed, 2/2. Saw an A51 in a parking lot on 2/4.

I read somewhere that Florida was among the top three states that Maverick orders were originating. I would have expected to see more roaming the streets by this point in time. No explanation for the relative scarcity.

2/5- It seems I'm seeing more than most folks out there. I've still only seen the one Santa Cruz.

I would think that in Miami the Hybrid would probably be the more popular option. Being that the Hybrid only started shipping in December, and at a lower volume to date, it isn't surprising you haven't seen any Mavericks despite their sales numbers far surpassing the SC at this point.

That you are seeing either of them with any regularity is an exception - there are simply not many of these vehicles on the road. Just because we are interested in them, doesn't make them magically show up around every corner - reality is there are several hundred perhaps a thousand in any given US state at this point - there are millions of vehicles on the road!

Don't expect to see these vehicles with any regularity for some time!

How often do you see a Honda Element, or a Honda Ridgeline, or a Hyundai Veloster? All relatively unique vehicles - there are hundreds of thousands of these on the roads, yet you don't see them regularly. There are perhaps 25,000 Mavericks in the wild at this point, so don't expect to see them very often - even if we are all on the lookout!

My explanation is there are more Santa Cruz owners than Maverick owners in the course of your travels.

🤷🏻‍♂️

Have never seen either in the wild. To me they are like Wookies. I have seen pictures of a Wookie but never in the wild. Just as I have seen pictures of the Maverick and the Santa Cruz but I can't prove either exist.

I have seen a white Santa Cruz not too far from where I live.

The only Maverick I have seen was quite a bit ahead of me in traffic and I was only able to make positive identification by the offset license plate.

I see a Veloster everytime I walk outside, another on my street, and a few in town. The others, not so much. I'm sure it's because I look for velosters though.

In Dallas I have not seen any Mavericks or Santa Cruz’s on the road and I’m up and down 635 and I-20 every day. Did see a Maverick back in November in Arkansas while on a motorcycle trip. It was out in the sticks somewhere.

Houston TX, I've seen a ton of Bronco Sports and a ton of Tucsons, yet not a single Mav or SC out in the wild.

Probably a regional thing.... I would expect to see more SC's around larger metropolitan areas, more Mav's in rural areas. But both are a rarity, relatively speaking.

Around here in rural SE Ohio, I've now seen 2 Mav's, zero SC's.

I have seen neither in the wild. I have seen a few Mavericks on dealer lots. I don't even know where my nearest Hyundai dealer is.

I live in Missouri and have not seen a Santacruz or Maverick in the wild. I did find a Maverick on a dealer lot (already sold) and drove about an hour north of where I live just so I could see it.
