Serious kudos to you and all the modders going at it with the Mav! We all benefit.

So, you're not gonna like this, but the Escape uses 2 different fuel level senders, the Maverick only has one. On the Escape, the 2 signal inputs are compounded to get the total fuel level. With only one input, the cluster will only ever see the tank as half full.

Some tweaks with ForScan might switch the cluster over to a single input, but I couldn't say for sure. For reference, the Escape's fuel level signal to the cluster is on pins 1, 2, 9 and 10. The Maverick only uses pins 1, 2 and 10.
how the heck do you guys know all this STUFF!!! LOL

Dave told me to kick rocks last week when I emailed him debating doing this. He told me it wouldn't be worth it even if it worked, Guess I might have to figure out how to program them myself and do it.
I'm sorry I blew you off before looking into it more; I get so many emails from guys looking to put clusters from models other than their own that don't stand a chance of working correctly so I incorrectly assumed this was another case of that but I should've looked into it. I'll try and buy one of the Escape clusters to see if I can program the mileage.

Interesting. I figured his days of helping others would go to the wayside. He's likely snatching up all the Escape clusters and will have them for sale and programmed for Maverick owners down the road. Of course he'll request a cool $1500 to do so..?
I don't know why you would figure that because my days of helping others has continued non-stop and I answer about 50 emails/personal messages, etc. across many forums helping people with FORScan programming and mods every day so that was a cheap shot and I doubt you could find many people who have given the free help that I have.

Thanks for joining us Dave!
I guess I need to hurry up and grab a cluster before the prices go up

Hey man, I didn't even know if it was the slightest bit possible either but I took a gamble! I have nothing to say bad about your customer service though, you replied quickly and I figured the maverick wouldn't be a big enough market anyways

Ordered a 2020 Escape Titanium full digital gauge cluster and plugged it into my maverick, and it worked instantly. No need to do any programming to get it working, however, I'm getting a ton of fault codes from not having a lot of things that the top model Escape has vs my XL Maverick.

I will keep this as updated as I can, but at this moment the biggest issue I've ran into, is the gas gauge is only capable of showing half tank. I had quarter tank when I put the cluster in, and the new cluster was showing an 8th tank. When I filled the truck up, it was showing half tank, and I know it was full.
