Those are all very good points, if you intend to/can make use of the card. I also did not realize it had a yearly $200 statement credit, that alone makes it a solid card. I may have to reconsider! I assume the points are only good for Ford stuff, or can you use them as statement credit too?
You’re correct. The points are only good for Ford stuff: Down payment, parts, service. I had to confirm the $200 statement credit was actually annual my self. I figure just about anyone on here can use the points pretty easily.

Ah well, besides the $200 credit that kinda decreases the value a bit for me. I do all my own maintenance and after I initially buy the accessories I need, I probably wont buy more. If you had Ford doing your maintenance, thats probably where this card really pays off.

I also do most of my maintenance, if not all. However, Im going to be buying a Bronco for my wife in a few years. I figure if I haven’t used the points yet I will use them as part of the downpayment.

Is Fairway Ford local to you so you can just pick it up?

When I add the drop-in liner to my cart, it says shipping is $14.95. I have a hard time believing they can ship that large of an item for that price. If that's really the case, I'll likely order one from them as well.
Talked to Nate today and the shipping cost is over $200 to ship. My cart showed $15.58 for shipping but as Nate said that is wrong.

I will look for a local dealership that takes points to get the liner.

The points are only good for Ford stuff and Service at Ford Dealerships that participate in the FordPass program.

You can see the list of dealerships that participate here:

From reading earlier threads on this site I learned about FordPass Points and the FordPass Rewards Visa Card and that I would earn 42,000 points with my Maverick purchase so I held off on two items that I would definitely add after I had my Maverick.

I did purchase a few items before I had my Maverick like: Floor Mats, Tailgate Damper, M A V E R I C K Decals, Hood Sound Deadening but held out buying the Splash Guards and Hard Drop-In Bedliner that I originally had on my order in August but dropped so that I could get built faster.

I used 18,884 points ($94.42) to purchase the Splash Guards from www.fairwayfordparts.net:

Item #Description
Qty
NZ6Z-16A550-AAKit - Mudflap
1
NZ6Z-16A550-BANZ6Z-16A550-BA
1

The Hard Drop-In Bedliner (NZ6Z-9900038-A) was purchased from Bill Utter Ford in Denton TX because www.fairwayfordparts.net would have resulted in shipping cost of over $200.

The Hard Drop-In Bedliner has a MSRP price of $415 but by going to www.billutterford.com you can use a 10% off coupon on it bringing it down to $373.50 + $30.81 in sales tax for a total of $404.31.

I used the remaining 64,116 points ($320.58) and $83.73 of the $100 statement reward in purchasing the Hard Drop-In Bedliner.

So in effect I got the Hard Drop-In Bedliner and Splash Guards for free.
