So 2 things here sounds like you are lumping together.
They could happen together - but not for many of us.

Do you have a parasitic draw that drains your battery in a night or two - causing a dead battery one morning you have to jump-start, take to dealer, and get a new battery?
There are a couple SSM's and solutions to the big drains.

or

Do you have a low battery charge effect of battery saver functions of lights off quickly on door close entry/exit, and a Ford app notice frequently that either battery saver has been enabled, or Deep Sleep Mode has been enabled to protect the battery?
That is the result of a purposeful design - as the thread referenced above will explain.
And how to get around it - if your battery is still healthy and charged up.

But the way you lumped that description together sounds like you have a common misunderstanding.

Deep sleep isn't a parasitic draw - that disabling the modem to stop 1 potential draw if the battery charge goes too low. Or you don't turn truck on for 14 days.

Now - when you get a parasitic draw, obviously the battery is draining, and it is going to hit those limits and a notice will be received.
And it may be stopped by the modem being disabled - which could be a clue.

But if you just have constant lights off early and app notices - you have the typical low battery charge.

There is a TSB on the instrument panel cluster (IPC) for my '25 hybrid. I am scheduled for a mobile update next week., supposedly to take around 90 minutes. I'm curious to see what effect it has but I'm not holding my breath.

Is it related to a battery drain issue, parasitic draw?

Or you caught it still lit up well after vehicle shutdown? (well - that's a draw of course)

It's related to the battery saver mode issue as I understand it. I first heard about the IPC update while my '24 model hybrid was in the service bay for the same problem only much worse. At the time it was something they were working on (according to the FSE) and definitely not a TSB so that didn't happen. I subsequently settled on a buyback. So when the tech came out for the trailer update for my '25 hybrid he mentioned the IPC and I said let's go for it.

Like the thread title says. For me this has become a four year promise.
The answer to this problem has been to install a H4 AGM battery. My 2022 hybrid Maverick "Sleepy" spent 90% of the time in sleep mode, because I usually drive less then 75 miles a week. I'm 86, since I installed my H4 AGM battery, about 6 months ago, my truck has never gone into sleep mode again.

That would be an interesting service order to see - or if a TSB number to share.
If they included it as separate line item.
They could have just put it under "updated modules" - though I'd think a TSB link would allow warranty payment for it.

So I purchased one of the trailer mount brake lights. Problem is, now the D|IC keeps telling me the left/right turn signals arent working properly. How do I stop that message from continually re-appearing.

IPC is suspect to me - One time caught mine stuck on for nearly an hour after locking the truck. I can't remember if opening & closing the door fixed it or a key cycle. Built 05/2025.

Do 2025 owners get notified if their trucks are eligible for this IPC update?

Not likely.

But this is a TSB compared to SSM the others are.
So if you show up with the problem - drained battery - and match the production date - you get ACCM & IPC.

Compared to SSM for prior models for ACCM & ABS - if you show up with the problem - or a nice service manager and you complain enough.

I'd say catch it running the dashboard light hours after turn off - and call about it so they can find it - probably get it too.

Interesting the IPC can't be done OTA it appears. May take over an hour, maybe that's why.

ACCM is module on AC, understandable a different level there.
