Interesting 🤔 No luxury package. I do have the "full size" spare although it's a 215 not a 225. Also the dealer installed a Leer low profile fiberglass cap but can't imagine the manufacture had any idea that was getting added at the time of build 🤷‍♂️ and I would think even being fiberglass that's about 100-150 lbs extra?
 Strange. I have the full size spare as well, as do all FX4-optioned Mavericks.

I'm looking at the window sticker now as I tend to be forgetful lol it has bed tie down locking rails listed as optional equipment along with a bed mat and the hard tri-fold tonneau cover. Not sure if yours has any of those as well?

Front end is not lifting much, looks safe and if my 160 pound ass was in the driver seat the front would be lower.
True, weight forward would help, but your 160 pound donkey is a little light on the weight scale, as they are usually over 400 pounds..
Why would you let the donkey drive the truck in the first place, unless it had a learner's permit...

That's it. I have both tonneau and rails, but they're aftermarket. My tonneau is 40 lbs, so I would bet those options weigh just about 63 lbs. I have spray-in bedliner rather than a mat.

That's gotta be it then. I wouldn't mind a spray in bed liner but found mine as a last '24 May '25 after totalling my Elantra. Couldn't pass up the deal as I really wanted a Maverick. Currently have the cap on still so no true need for the liner although it maybe in my future

Yeah, honestly the aftermarket spray-ins are better quality than the Ford one anyway, and probably worth the extra cost. That was the only factory option mine had besides FX4 and 4K, just because it was easier and quicker to not have to make an appointment to have it done after delivery. I agree though, if I was using a cap I would probably just do the mat as well.

Must've been a MY24 thing. My FX4 had the motorcycle tire.

It was either that or the 4K package that defaulted the full-size tire on the 2024 ordering form. I didn't realize that was MY-specific though. I can't keep up with all of the MY differences.

Well, I didn't get 4K (wasn't my choice) so maybe that is it.

Totally agree on the wacky MY differences. Some of the variations like fender insulation and glovebox dampers seem even more random still.

Definitely a heavy load the front end felt floaty. I probably wouldn't want to carry much more especially with the height of the stack and with limited straps. 44 lbs per panel 24 panels

So is that for the trickle charge you do each night ??

Must have been going downhill and used that gravity assist.
Nah, he's just feeding all those solar panels back through the power sockets in the bed.

(well, at least until he blows a fuse, or. . . .)
