'22 Maverick Hybrid XL.
Load rating is 1543 lbs.

Only option was Co-Pilot 360 for $540.
Sticker price came to $22,030 ($19,995, +$540, +$1,495 Delivery).

However, I paid $5k over sticker because in December of 2021, any Maverick was unobtanium and I knew I wanted one.

Since I recently got the random CEL issued fixed, still love the truck.

Mine shows 1499 lbs combined limit this depends on options but that Lobo one seems crazy low. Do the factory lowering springs reduce the payload on it?

I paid $21,846 which was 4% below invoice price plus the dealer fee of $394(Chapman if anyone remembers) and paid $200 to the receiving dealer in Arizona instead of shipping it to the purchase dealer in PA.
4 year financing at 0.9% paid off in march.
Ive had zero issues with it except when the dealer forgot to put in some bolts/clips in the rear fender wells when doing one of the 73 recalls

Idda made em set the pallet on the ground and hand loaded the panels.
Load would have been six inches lower,
Big difference.
Front end is not lifting much, looks safe and if my 160 pound ass was in the driver seat the front would be lower.

But then you also have to hand unload all of them. PITA.

Interesting, didn’t know any builds were over the advertised 1500lb rating. Cool.

FX4, 4K towing and AWD lead to a drop over FWD, due to the weight of the extra cooling radiator, RDU, PTU and drive shaft. If you have a rear sliding window and sunroof you’d take a hit for those too.

That makes sense! I guess I wasn't thinking about all the extra weight 🙃 thanks for the insight

We used to load an old 1/2 ton pickup with 10 16 gallon kegs of beer and drive on the highway 7 or 8 miles to a nightclub and unload them. The tire were bulging and about to blow. The rear bumper was almost dragging the ground and the truck was walking all over the road. Any number of things could have caused a wreck none of us would have walked away from. One of the best days of my life was when the law changed and alcohol could be delivered! I don’t remember seeing the load capacity, but we may have been a couple of pounds over!

Do you have the luxury package? I have a '24 FX4 with 4K as the only options, and mine is 1378. Somehow you have more options that total to 63lbs. Moonroof or rear sliding glass maybe?

The FX4 suspension is not softer than standard AWD. The only difference is that it has monotube rear shocks. There is also no difference in suspension between 2K and 4K tow ratings.

Interesting 🤔 No luxury package. I do have the "full size" spare although it's a 215 not a 225. Also the dealer installed a Leer low profile fiberglass cap but can't imagine the manufacture had any idea that was getting added at the time of build 🤷‍♂️ and I would think even being fiberglass that's about 100-150 lbs extra?

An air lift suspension kit and stiffer rear swaybar do wonders to reduce the light front end feel and understeer with a heavy load of cargo.
