I wonder what happens to the extra regen when the battery is full? Is there a big dump resistor somewhere or does the generator stop generating. If there's no generator output there's no slowing effect and you're back to 100% friction breaking.Not so much "confused" as just not correctly informed. ACC on its own applying the brakes makes sense. Good point about no brake lights going downhill with ACC activated, but I've yet to see empirical proof. (I'd have to follow myself or another Maverick with ACC going on.) Might be referenced in a Ford shop manual. Thanks for your input.
