Crawled under the truck today to do the first oil change on my MY 25 Hybrid and noticed, after I took off the lower shield, the drain plug was already leaking! It appears to be verrrry slow leak. On the order of a drop per hour.
Do you guys think it's worth bringing to a dealer on the off chance there is bigger issues at play? Or should I proceed with the oil change in hopes of there being no leak after I change it?

How many hours have you owned your Maverick? That seems like it could be a LOT of oil 😄

Could be something as simple as an overly torqued oil drain plug and a crushed seal.
I understand that there are crushable gaskets available.

Unfortunate that there was any leak there. The Ford Chihuahua Engine Plant has been building top notch Atkinsons for over a decade & an under torqued bolt is inexcusable.

That said, do your oil change as planned (you’re probably done already). If there was an oil puddle on the shield cover - take a pic of that too. Unless there was a substantial oil loss that you did not notice (doubtful) - you & your Atkinson should be fine.

Darryl, our local Maverick Certified Tech, has stated that the bolt is meant to strip first before the oil pan threads strip. I’d inspect the bolt in case it was OVER torqued at the factory too

About 5 months, and after watching it for a bit I suspect it is slower than my original guess. I checked the oil and the level is still in spec. Possible it is only leaking when the engine is on.

I ended up holding off for now... I feel like I end up making things worse when I rush. There is a stain on the shield, as expected.

Further inspection shows what appears to be more leaks...

You can snug the plug a bit and see if it stops. Don't go all He-Man on it, just snug it. If it continues to leak then take other action, like new plug, new seal, O-ring, ......

People make mistakes.
If this is the first oil change, I'd let the dealer do it.
Mention you noticed several leaks.
