@Mavforever I have the same question as @STDriver03. I asked my Ford sales rep about removing the spray in and he acted like it would actually slow the process if we made a change at this point.

XL Cactus Gray, ordered with the hitch, spray in liner, 400 watt inside inverter, co-pilot360, and bed extender. Keep in mind I ordered in November before the cut off, but don't have a build date at this time. Thanks for any insight!
mine said the same thing about the spray in liner, asked him yesterday

Can you tell
Me if your hybrid has the 50 state emissions label on it or does it specifically say “California “ on the label on the truck ?

I may be getting one from a dealer in Florida that a friend is backing out of and want to make sure that I can register it in California.
Thanks

I don’t know how Ford handles Cali requirement.

Just an observation, when I picked up the truck new with a full tank it said 296 to empty…after a days driving it said 390 to empty…the range just keep going up.
The range reading is based on the most recent drives. So short ones with stop and go will get poor MPGs so range will be lower. When longer drives happen with less stop and go the average MPG goes up and so does the range.

Opposite for the hybrid. Short drives, stop and go would be better as you would use more electric power. That's why its rated better in the city than the highway.

Unless the internal calculator used for range estimation has changed it does not care if you have a Hybrid or Gas engine.

The calculator figures the average MPG used for the mileage driven since last fill up and applies that to the remaining fuel in the tank to determine range left.

I'm not an engineer but I would have to imagine there are some programming differences between the ecoboost and hybrid's fuel range calculator. If it doesn't take into consideration time on your electric motor (which I know I've seen videos where the display will say xx amount of miles driven on pure electric), then that's just lazy and inefficient on Ford's part.

Congrats! I'm in So Cal as well but ordered at cutoff so... Gonna be awhile. Hope a Christmas miracle happens as my wife's CR-V wouldn't start this morning because of battery issues. 🙄 Only 4 yrs old and have to change battery twice. They don't make Hondas like they used to.
If it is 4 years old it is most likely the battery not the Honda itself. That is about the life I got out of my Prius battery. Nothing wrong with my car just the battery. Get a new battery and I bet you Honda will be good for another 4 years. I have 3 motorcycles and have never got more than 3 years out of a battery. They don't make batteries like they used to.

Mega Congratulations! I ordered my Maverick Lariat 10/5/21 but I keeping my order the same as when I ordered. The spray in liner is a must but I can wait to get it exactly how I want it!
This should be the post of the month. I laugh at people who keep changing their order to "beat the system" at the end they wont get the truck they want, and will bitch about it to others.

There's nothing special that needs to be calculated. If you use 1 gallon to go 40 miles you got 40 mpg. It doesn't matter if you ran an ICE half that time at 20 mpg or an ICE 100% of the time at 40 mpg.

We just replaced the battery in our 2018 CR-V, the size of the battery is really small, and with the all the electronics it has, that could be a problem.
